APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
WAUBEESEE LAKE ESTATES
(Town of Norway)
WHEREAS a final .jplat for Waubeesee Lake Estates, a
61 lot subdivision in the Town of Norway prepared by
Suburban Surveys, Inc., July 27, 1979, has been sub-
mitted to the Plan Comission for approval, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat was approved by the
Plan Commission in Resolution #P. C. 19-79 adopted
February 20, 1979, and
WHEREAS the final plat conforms substantially to
the approved preliminary plat, except for the addition
of two lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat
for Waubeesee Lake Estates in the Town of Norway, and
recormnends approval to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject
to the approval of all objecting and approving agencies.
