APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
STEPHENS
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas
Inman, land surveyor, dated July 31, 1979, has been Sub-
mitted for a two parcel division of the Stephens Property on
Hillendale Drive in the SE 114 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS this lot conforms to the zoning (RS-2) and
WHEREAS the lot does not abut the public sewer and
has severe soil limitations for an on site disposal sys-
tem, however the lot is not intended to be built upon until
sewers are available.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cormnission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey
map for a two parcel division of the Stephens property on
Hillendale Drive in the SE 114 of Section 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is conditioned
on the receipt of a written statement that the lot will not
be used for a dwelling until sewers are available.
