DENIAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
RUSTIC ACRES, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a preliminary plat for Rustic Acres in the
Town of Norway, prepared by Johnson, Averill & Associates,
Inc., land surveyors, May 7, 1979, has been submitted
to the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS the Racine County Planning and Zoning Cormnis-
sion has objections to the plat, and
WHEREAS a revised plat is contemplated.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby deny the preliminary plat
for Rustic Acres, Town of Norway.
