APPROVAL OF SIGN REQUEST
REALTY WORLD - KLENZ REALTY
WHEREAS a request has been received by the Plan
Comnission for a 16.81 sq, ft. flat wall sign for
Realty World - Klenz Realty at S76 W17587 Janesville
Road, and
WHEREAS it would meet the Guidelines for Sign
Approval as adopted by the Plan Commission in Reso-
lution #P. C. 115-79.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the request
for a 16.81 sq. ft. flat wall sign for Realty World -
Klenz Realty at S76 W17587 Janesville Road.
