SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE
CREATION OF TAX INCREMENT DISTRICTS
BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the’City of -
Muskego does hereby authorize Mr. Seegar Swanson, Jr.,
financial consultant for the City of Yuskego, to prepare
proposed boundaries of Tax Increment District #7, and that
the Clerk is authorized to notice a public hearing for
TID #7 to be held at Muskego City Hall at 7:30 P.M. on
Tuesday, September 4, 1979.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public hearing will also
be held at 7:30 P.M. on September 4, 1979 to expand the
boundaries of TID #l to include all the area zoned RS-2,
RS-2 (OPD), RS-2 (OLR) and RS-2 (OED) in the Lake Denoon area.
