APPROVAL OF SIGN REQUEST
PICK ‘N SAVE WAREHOUSE FOODS
WHEREAS The Derse Company has submitted a sign request
for a flat wall sign to be erected on the mansard roof of
I the Pick ‘n Save Warehouse Foods store at S75 W17273 Janesville
Road, and
WHEREAS the proposed sign consists of white cut-out letters
168 sq. ft. in area, which meets the Guidelines for Sign Approval
for flat wall signs in a B-4 District
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of The Derse
Company for a 168 sq. ft. flat wall sign to be erected on the
Pick ‘n Save Warehouse Foods store at S75 W17273 Janesville Road.
