DENIAL OF SIGN REQUEST
PIZZA HUT
WHEREAS a request has been received from Pizza Hut for
a 91% sq. ft. freestanding identification sign with a reader-
board to be located 40' from the base setback line of their
site at S73 W16730 Janesville Road, which has 100' of frontage
in a B-4 District, and
WHEREAS the Guidelines for Sign Approval provide that a
freestanding sign with a maximum of 55'sq. ft. may be permitted
on a site with 100' frontage set back 40' frorr. the base setback
line.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the request of Pizza Hut for
a 91% sq. ft. freestanding sign to be located 40' from the base
setback line at S73 W16730 Janesville Road.
