DENIAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
JOSEPH P JAGIELSKI
WHEREAS a sketch for a three parcel division of the Joseph
P. Jagielski property at the corner of Gaulke Drive and Tess
Corners Drive in the SE 114 of Section 2 was referred to Planning
Consultant Mangiamele and the City Engineer, and
WHEREAS the engineers have indicated that the existing grade
on the lots is at the 100 year flood level, and
WHEREAS the Planning Consultant has recommended that prior
to the division, plans should be submitted to show how the lots
are to be improved to provide for suitable building sites.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the sketch for a three parcel
division of the Joseph P. Jagielski property as submitted.
