APPROVAL OF SITE PLAN AND LANDSCAPING
LOT 155, ME MEADOWS
WHEREAS a plot plan and landscaping plan have been sub-
mitted to the Plan Commission for approval in accordance with
the Deed Restrictions of Lake Meadows for Lot 155, and
WHEREAS it appears that proper steps have been taken to
insure protection of the slope and prevention of erosion into
Outlot 1.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the site plan and landscaping
plan for Lot 155, Lake Meadows, submitted by Serene Bldrs., Ltd.
