DENIAL OF REQUEST FOR LAND DIVISION
FROELICH PROPERTY
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted for a 5 acre division
of the Froelich property on Hillendale Drive in the SE 114 of
Section 5, and
WHEREAS a sketch for the development of the remainder of
the property has also been submitted, and
WHEREAS it is Planning Consultant Mangiamele's recommendation
that the 5 acre division be more closely tied to the remaining
development, with access to the 5 acres from that development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the sketch for a 5 acre division
of the Froelich property on Hillendale Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission would be
receptive to a division of 5 acres which would comply with the
recommendations of the City Planner
