APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
HAROLD SCHOLBE
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Claude C.
Johnson, land surveyor, dated October 2, 1978, has been sub-
mitted for a one parcel division of the Harold Scholbe property
at S106 W19790 North Shore Drive in the NW 1/4 of Section 32, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
division in Resolution SIP. C. 147-78 adopted September 5, 1978.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
the Common Council, of a certified survey map for a one parcel
division of the Scholbe property on North Shore Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a fee of $25.00 shall be submitted
to assist in defraying the cost of this review, and a $200.00 fee
in lieu of park dedication shall also be submitted to the City of
Muskego before this survey can be recorded.
