RESOLUTION #P. C. 102-79
APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE AND
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF RENEWAL OF EXTRACTIVE PERMIT
STATE SAND AND GRAVEL
WHEREAS the Plan Comission of the City of Muskego has
received a petition for expansion of Conditional Use Grant #37
held by State Sand & Gravel and Payne & Dolan of Wisconsin
for an extractive permit which expired July 2, 1979, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS a restoration bond in the amount of $100,000 is
on file in the City Clerk's office, and
WHEREAS a new legal description has been received which
conforms to the approved restoration plan, which covers a
greater area than had been indicated in the previous legal
description.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the expansion of Conditional
Use Grant #37 held by State Sand & Gravel and Payne E? Dolan of
Wisconsin for the purpose of continued mining and processing of
sand and gravel
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
renewal of Conditional Use Grant #37 held by State Sand &
Gravel and Payne & Dolan of Wisconsin for an extractive permit
for the period of July 2, 1979 to July 2, 1980.
