REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT, ZONING OFFICER AND CITY ENGINEER
SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION

BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby refer a sketch for a three parcel divi-
sion of the Joseph P. Jagielski property at the corner of
Gaulke Drive and Tess Corners Drive in the SE 114 of Section 2,
to Planning Consultant Mangiam~ele, Zoning Officer Lee and the
City Engineer, Ruekert & Mielke, for review and recommendation
to determine the amount of wetland floodplain and the easement
0 necessary for the drainage ditch
