DENIAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
OAK MEADOW ESTATES
Potrykus dated June 18, 1979 for Oak Meadow Estates, a 98
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Stanley J.
lot subdivision in the N!d 1/4 of Section 31, has been sub-
mitted to the City of Muskego, and
Ordinance of the City of Muskego, the Plan Commission and the
Common Council must act within 40 days of the filing of the
plat, and
WHEREAS according to Section 3.3 of the Land Division
time for review which has been denied by Mr. Potrykus, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission requested an extension of
which would have to be resolved before consideration of the
plat can be given by the Plan Commission
WHEREAS a review of the plat indicates several deficiencies
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the preliminary plat of Oak
Meadow Estates, and recommends denial to the Common Council,
for the following reasons
1. Lack of conformity with the City's Parks and Recrea-
tion Board's desire for park development in that area.
2. The road layout is not acceptable to the Plan Commission.
3. It has not been determined by the Common Council that
public sewers are available to this property
4. An analysis of the affect of this development on the
school facilities in the Muskego-Norway school district
has not been made.
5 The plat does not conform to Sections 4.2, 4.3, 4.4
and 4.5 of the Land Division Ordinance of the City
of Muskego.
