PCR1979098RESOLUTION #P. C. 98-79 RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS TED LANE WHEREAS a request for legal lot status has been received by the Common Council for a lot in the SW 114 of Section 9, S76 W18202 Janesville Road, and WHEREAS this lot is 14,460 sq. ft. in area and has an average width of 60', and WHEREAS the combined average width of both lots owned by Ted Lane, S76 W18208 Janesville Road, would meet the zoning requirements of 66 2/3', and WHEREAS the location of the existing house on the lot to the west is near the lot line, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has received this request and has recommended approval THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend approval of legal lot status for Ted Lane's lot at S76 W18202 Janesville Road in the SW 114 of Section 9.
