APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
EUGENE KRAKLOW
WHEREAS Richard R. Kraklow has submitted a sketch for a
one parcel division of the Eugene Kraklow property on Tans
Drive in the NW 114 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this
sketch and has recommended approval based on conditions as
presented in his report.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a one parcel
division of the Eugene Kraklow property on Tans Drive, subject
to the conditions set forth in Planning Consultant Mangiamele's
report, and would be receptive to a certified survey map
incorporating the planner's recommendations.
