APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
SOUTH WIND OAKS ADDITION
WHEREAS a preliminary plat for South Wind Oaks Addition,
an 8 lot addition to South Wind Oaks in the Town of Norway,
prepared by Thomas D. Inman, land surveyor, April 20, 1979,
has been submitted to the Plan Comrission, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this
plat and has recornended approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve and recommends approval
to the Cormon Council of the preliminary plat for South Wind
Oaks Addition, an 8 lot subdivision in the Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
receipt of favorable reports from all objecting and approving
agencies.
