APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
JULIUS STESKAL
WHEREAS the City has accepted an offer of $27,200.00
from Julius and Eva Steskal to purchase a parcel of land in the
City's Industrial Park for a building to be used for the
manufacture, sales and service of electrical control consoles
for machining devices, and
WHEREAS Ruekert 61 Mielke, Inc. has prepared a certified
survey map dated June 28, 1979, to finalize the division of
the parcel indicated as Lot 13, Block 3 on the Muskego Indus-
trial Park Development Plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve and recommend approval to
the Common Council of the certified survey map for a 1.619 acre
division of the parcel indicated as Lot 13, Block 3 on the
Muskego Industrial Park Development Plan.
