DENIAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
R. W. BUFXOWITZ
WHEREAS R. W. Burkowitz has submitted a sketch for a
two parcel division of his property at W128 S6395 Berger
Lane in-the NE 114 of Section 1, and
WHEREAS on August 2, 1977 the Plan Comission denied
a request from Ronald J. Kading for a similar division, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires lots with
an average width of 110' and 20,000 sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS the lots proposed have an average width of 109.115' e and 17,458.4 sq. ft. in area, and therefore do not meet the
requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the sketch submitted for a
two parcel division of the R. W. Burkowitz property at W128
56395 Berger Lane.
