PCR1979091RESOLUTION #P. C. 91-79 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE BOB HENRICHS WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Bob Henrichs, W126 S9453 North Cape Road, to permit the placement of a 20' x 22', unattached, second garage structure on his property for storage purposes, and WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this R-3 District. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission (Archi- 0 tectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Bob Henrichs for a 20' x 22' unattached, second garage structure BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of this second garage shall be compatible with the existing building on the lot.
