ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
BOB HENRICHS
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Bob Henrichs,
W126 S9453 North Cape Road, to permit the placement of a
20' x 22', unattached, second garage structure on his property
for storage purposes, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this R-3 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission (Archi-
0 tectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of
Bob Henrichs for a 20' x 22' unattached, second garage structure
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with the existing building
on the lot.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the two existing tool sheds on
the property shall be removed.
