APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF SIGN REQUESTS
PICK 'N SAVE WAREHOUSE FOODS
BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego, upon recom.endation of the Architectural Subcormnittee,
does hereby d)saqom.k the request of The Derse Co.
for a flat wall sign of cut-out letters reading "Pick 'n Save
qapprove/dlsapprove)
Warehouse Foods" with an overall length of 49' and an overall
height of 12' to be located on the front of the building to
replace a former A & P sign, at S75 W17273 Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Cormnission of the
0 City of Muskego, upon recommendation of the Architectural Sub-
committee, does hereby dlsapproue the request of
Poblocki & Sons for a 15' x 5' freestanding sign to replace a
former A & P sign of the same size to be located on the existing
pole at S75 W17273 Janesville Road.
