(AS AMENDED) APPROVAL OF SIGN REOUEST
DAIRY QUEEN
WHEREAS Larry Thonpson has submitted a request for per-
mission to erect two internally illuminated signs on one post,
for a total of 73 sq. ft. of signage per side, red and white in
' color, to be located at the base setback line of the Dairy
Queen property at S73 W16770 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS previous requests for a freestanding sign at this
location have been denied by the Plan Comission, and
WHEREAS the Board of Appeals has granted an appeal submitted
by Mr. Thompson requesting reversal of the Plan Commission's
decision to deny a freestanding sign because the Commission e acted in an arbitrary and capricious manner, and advised Mr.
Thompson to again submit his sign request to the Comission
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Com.ission of the
City of Muskego does hereby, upon recommendation of the Architec-
tural Subcommittee, approve the request of Larry Thompson to
erect a 46 sq. ft. sign with overall height of 20 ft., red and
white in color, or 55 sq. ft., 18 ft. setback from the base setback
line, 20 ft. in height.
