APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
WILLIAM RETZLAFF
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas Inman,
land surveyor, June 14, 1979, has been submitted to finalize
a four parcel division of the William A. Retzlaff property
on North Shore Drive in Section 32, and
1979, the Plan Commission approved a preliminary plat for a
WHEREAS in Resolution #P. C. 18-79 adopted February 20,
6 lot division of the Retzlaff property known as Denoon View, and
WHEREAS Lots 1, 2, and 3 of that plat have been combined
with the other lots remaining the same, and
to make one lot shown as Parcel 2 on the certified survey map,
the intersection of East Shore and North Shore Drives as re-
quested by the Plan Comnission
WHEREAS a more favorable dedication has been designed at
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
on North Shore Drive in Section 32, and recommends approval to
for a four parcel division of the William A. Retzlaff property
the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the city engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a $200 fee per lot shall be
submitted to the City of Muskego in lieu of park dedication.
