APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
OAKS OF NORWAY ADDN. 111
WHEREAS a final plat prepared by Thomas D. Inman, land
surveyor, May 21, 1979, €or Oaks of Norway Addn. #l, a 22 lot
addition to the Oaks of Norway Subdivision in the Town of Norway,
has been submitted to the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS this proposed subdivision falls within Muskego’s
extra-territorial jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the preliminary plat
in Resolution #P. C. 154-78 adopted September 19, 1978, and
WHEREAS the final plat substantially conforms to the approved
preliminary plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat for Oaks of
Norway Addn. #1 in the Town of Norway, and recommends approval
to the Com.on Council
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
favorable reports and recommendations from all objecting and
approving agencies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Racine County Park and
Planning Com.ission is urged to consider the problems which could
occur as a result of Brian Drive changing. to Barberry Lane in the
Windermere Subdivision.
