APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
LAKE MEADOWS ADDN. NO. 1
WHEREAS a final plat for a 13 lot subdivision known as
Lake Meadows Addn. No. 1, prepared by Stanley J. Potrykus,
May 31, 1979, has been submitted to the Plan Comission, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat was approved by the Plan
Commission in Resolution #P. C 61-79 adopted May 15, 1979,
and
WHEREAS the final plat substantially conforms to the
approved preliminary plat.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat for Lake
Meadows Addn. No. 1, and recommends approval to the Common
Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
favorable reports and recommendations from all objecting and
approving agencies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a $200 fee per lot shall be
submitted to the City of Muskego in lieu of park dedication.
