APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION SIGN AND LANDSCAPE PLAN
MARLAN MEADOWS
WHEREAS Marlan Meadows has requested approval of a
subdivision entrance sign to be located in the boulevard at
the intersection of Martin Drive and East Drive, and also
approval of the landscaping plans, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed the
request for a sign and the landscaping plans and has recommended
approval
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
0 City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Marlan
Meadows for a subdivision entrance sign to be located in the
boulevard at the intersection of Martin Drive and East Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission also
approves the landscaping plans submitted for the Marlan Meadows
Subdivision.
