APPROVAL OF BROADCASTING TOWER
RICHARD ANDERLEY
WHEREAS Richard Anderley, W171 S7926 Lannon Drive, has
requested permission to erect a 50' broadcasting tower to
be located 3' from his dwelling, and
WHEREAS Section 5.03 (2) D. of the Zoning Ordinance
states that broadcasting towers are excepted from the height
regulations of all districts, with Plan Commission approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Richard
Anderley for a 50' broadcasting tower to be located 3' from
his dwelling on the northeast corner, at W171 57926 Lannon
Drive .
