ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
RUDOLPH HOFFMANN
WHEREAS Rudolph Hoffmann, W186 S6773 Jewel Crest Drive,
has requested permission to construct a 22' x 24',unattached
second garage structure on his property for storage purposes, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding property in this RS-3 (OED) District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cormnission (Archi-
tectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of
Rudolph Hoffmann for a 22' x 24' unattached, second garage
structure at W186 S6773 Jewel Crest Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with the existing dwelling
on the lot.
