REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
SKETCH FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
AL FONS
WHEREAS A1 Fons has submitted a sketch for a 62 lot
planned unit development of the Eleanor Fons property (former
Froelich property) at the intersection of Tans Drive and
Hillendale Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 5 to the Plan
Coumission for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby refer the sketch for a planned
e unit development of the Eleanor Fons property to Planning
Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
