APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE, OPERATIONAL AND LANDSCAPING PLANS
WIZA INDUSTRIES, INC
MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS Wiza Industries, Tnc. has submitted building,
site, operational and landscaping plans for a 20,000 sq. ft.
factory and office to be constructed on Lot 10, Block 2 in the
Muskego Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed the
plans and has recommended approval subject to the condition
that the 4" brick veneer proposed to be installed in the future
on the office portion of the building be placed immediately
0 during construction of the building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site, opera-
tional and landscaping plans for a 20,000 sq. ft. factory and
office to be constructed for Wiza Industries, Inc. on Lot 10,
Block 2 in the Muskego BusinessJIndustrial Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the condition that the 4" brick veneer is installed immediately
during construction of the building.
