RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS
PEAK FERBER
WHEREAS a petition submitted by Pearl Ferber, S63 kr13007
Janesville Road, requesting legal lot status of her lot on
Kipling Drive north of the Fountainwood Subdivision with Tax
Key No. 2161.989 has been referred to the Plan Commission by
the Common Council, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires lots of
20,000 sq ft. with 110' average width, and this lot is over
an acre in area with an average width of loo', and
WHEREAS the location of the existing dwellings on each 0 side of this property would not allow an additional 10 ft. to
be added to this parcel, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mang.iamele has reviewed this
request and has recommended approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recormend to the Common Council
that legal lot status be granted for Pearl Ferber's lot on
Kipling Drive with tax key no. 2161.989
