APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY FAP
FAHNING - SCHMIDT
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Robert E.
Jagusch, land surveyor, May 17, 1979, has been subritted to
finalize a two parcel division of the Florence Fahning,
Elmer and William Schmidt property on Tess Corners Drive in
Section 1, and
WHEREAS at the tire Parcel 2 was created the City
Engineer reported that the drainage easement through this
property would not present any particular probler~.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comnission of 0 the City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey
map for a two parcel division of the Fahning and Schmidt
property on Tess Corners Drive in Section 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a fee of $200.00 for each
parcel created shall be submitted to the City of Muskego in
lieu of park dedication.
