REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND ZONING OFFICER
REQUEST FOR EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE
GERALD LOEBEL
WHEREAS Gerald Loebel, W181 S9134 Parker Drive, was
granted Conditional Use Grant 865 by the Plan Commission
November 21, 1972, to permit the indoor storage of recreational
equipment, etc., in the existing outbuildings on his property,
and
WHEREAS Mr. Loebel has now requested an expansion of
conditional use to pernit the construction of additional
0 ' storage area
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the request of Mr. Loebel
for an expansion of conditional use to permit the construction
of additional storage area to Planning Consultant Mangiamele
and Zoning Officer Lee for review and recommendation
