ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
DAVID SCHACHT
WHEREAS David Schacht, W165 S7515 Bellview Drive, has
requested permission to construct a 12' x 16', unattached
second garage structure on his property for storage
purposes , and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or
reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this
RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Conmission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of David Schacht for a 12' x 16' unattached, second garage
structure at W165 S7515 Bellview Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with the existing
dwelling on the lot.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the existing tool shed on
the property shall be removed upon construction of this
second garage structure.
