APPROVAL OF TRUCK PARK1 NG PERMI 1
EUGENE KRAKLOW
WHEREAS EugeneKraklow, Sr., S66 W19678 Tans Drive, was
granted permission in April, 1970, to park a tractor and
trailer on his property from 5:OO P. M. to 5:45 A. 'M. daily
plus all day weekends, subject to review by the Plan
Commission every three years, and
WHEREAS this permit was renewed in 1973 for a three
year period, and again in 1976 for a three year period, and
WHEREAS Zoning Officer Lee has reviewed .the area and
reports that the area is predominately undeveloped and that
there have not been any complaints registered with this office.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the .
City of Muskego does hereby grant permission the Mr. Eugene
Kraklow, Sr., to park his tractor and trailer on his property
at S66 W19678 Tans Drive between the hours of 5:OO P. M. and
5:45 A. M. daily plus all day weekends for an additional three
year period.
