ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
WAYNE SLOTTY
WHEREAS Wayne Slotty, W171 S7026 Lannon Drive, has
requested permission to construct a 14' x 22', unattached
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or
reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this
RS-1 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of Wayne Slotty for a 14' x 22' unattached, second garage
structure at W171 S7026 Lannon Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with the existing
buildings on the lot.
