DENIAL OF SIGN REQUEST
PUMP 6 SAVE
WHEREAS a request has been received by the Plan
Commission to permit an A-frame type wooden sign, 52" x
59", advertising the sale of milk, and a metal sign 37" x
47" advertising the sale of cigarettes, to be located in
the area between the curb and driveway at the Pbp & Save
station at S75 W17226 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS these signs would create a traffic hazard in
that area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby deny the request of Pump &
Save for a 52" x 59" wooden sign and a 37" x 47" metal sign
in the easement area at S75 W17226 Janesville Road.
