APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
LAKE MEADOWS ADDN NO. 1
WHEREAS a preliminary plat of Lake Meadows Addn. No. 1
Subdivision, a 13 lot addition to Lake Meadows planned unit
development in the Lake Denoon area (formerly called The
Meadows), prepared by Stanley J. Potrykus, land surveyor,
April 6, 1979, has been submitted to the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this
plat and has recornended approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat
of Lake Meadows Addn. No. 1 subject to favorable reports and
recommendations from all objecting agencies and affected city
boards, commissions and departments.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any action taken by the Plan
Commission in no way intends to usurp the Comon Council's
authority to determine use of the city's sewer facilities.
