APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
MELVIN J. JOHNSON SUBDIVISION - TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a preliminary plat for the Melvin J. Johnson
Subdivision in the Town of Norway consisting of 18 lots,
prepared by Kenneth R. Reesman, February 28, 1979, has been
submitted to the Plan Comission for approval, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiarele has reviewed
this plat and has recommended approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat
of the Melvin J Johnson 18 lot subdivision in the Town of
Norway, subject to the conditions set forth by Racine County
Land Use Committee
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject
to the approval of all objecting and approving agencies.
