APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE
MUSKEG0 BEER & LIOUOR
WHEREAS Larry Fischer has submitted a petition for expan-
sion of Conditional Use Grant $160 for the purpose of con- structing a 50' x 74' addition to the present facilities of
Muskego Beer & Liquor at S75 W17308 Janesville Road, and
concern was expressed regarding the hazardous condition at
the intersection of Center Drive and Janesville Road, and
variances to allow this addition, and
that consideration be given to reducing the size of the driveway
north in order to improve the movement of traffic in that
to 30' and moving the location of the driveway further to the
vicinity.
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Larry Fischer
for expansion of Conditional Use Grant 1/60 to permit construc-
tion of a 50' x 74' addition to the present facilities of Mus1ceg.o
Beer & Liquor at S75 W17308 Janesville Road. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
reduced to 30' in width and that it be located a minimum of
the condition that the existing driveway on Center Drive be
Janesville Road, which would require 18' of the existing asphalt
25' from the stop sign at the intersection of Center Drive and
to be removed.
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS on December 7, 1978 the Board of Appeals granted
WHEREAS the Superintendent of Public Works has recommended
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
