ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
EDWARD RUDOLPH
WHEREAS Attorney Edward Rudolph, S79 W18905 Janesville
Road, has requested permission to construct a 24' x 30',
unattached, second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or
reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this
RS-2 (00s) District.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of Edward Rudolph for a 24' x 30' unattached, second garage
structure at S79 W18905 Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with the existing
buildings on the lot.
