PCR19790560 RESOLUTION #P C. 56-79 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE CHARLES HELM WHEREAS in Resolution #P. C. 38-79 adopted April 17, 1979, the Plan Commission approved a conditional use grant for Charles Helm at W207 S8710 Hillendale Drive, to permit con- struction of an addition to his dwelling for the purpose of a mother-in-law unit, which included an attached garage, and WHEREAS Mr. Helm has revised his plans and has requested that the garage be detached, and WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a 0 substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this Agricultural District. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission (Archi- tectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Charles Helm for a 20' x 24', unattached, second garage structure BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of this second garage shall be compatible with the existing buildings on the lot. , City of Muskego Plan Cormnission Adopted MAY 1 1979 Defeated
