APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE, OPERATIONAL AND LANDSCAPING PLAN
DON MILLER OFFICE/WAREHOUSE
MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS Don Miller has submitted building, site, opera-
tional and landscaping plans for a 4,600 sa. ft. warehouse
with office space to be constructed on Lot 11, Parcel C, Block 2,
in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed the
plans and has recommended approval subject to the condition
that the brick belt as shown on the office portion of the
structure be continued on the metal warehouse portion along the
side facing Mercury Drive and on the front facing Gemini Drive,
and also carried to a minimum of 20' on the northeast and
northwest sides of the building as provided in the Rules and
Regulations for the Muskego BusinessIIndustrial Park.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site, opera-
tional and landscaping plans for a 4,600 sq. ft. warehouse with
office space to be constructed for Don Miller on Lot 11,
Parcel C, Block 2, in the Muskego BusinesslIndustrial Park,
subject to the condition that the brick belt as shown on the office
portion of the structure be continued on the metal warehouse por-
tion along the side facing Mercury Drive and on the front facing
Gemini Drive, and also carried to a minimum of 20' on the north-
east and northwest sides of the buildinp.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
condition that the drive and parking areas be entirely paved
with bituminous or cement concrete.
