DENIAL OF SIGN REQUEST
DAIRY QUEEN
WHEREAS Larry Thompson of Dairy Queen, S73 W16770
Janesville Road, has submitted a request for three internally-
illuminated signs on one post for a total of 111 sq ft. of
signage, red and white in color, with an overall height of 27'
to be located at the existing right-of-way 105' west of the east
lot line, and
WHEREAS in Resolution #P. C. 151-78 adopted September 19,
1978, the Plan Commission disapproved of a request for aigns
totaling 65 sq. ft. in size, and
0 WHEREAS this sign request does not fit the Guidelines for
Sign Approval as proposed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the request of Larry Thompson
for the three signs as submitted.
