WHEREAS a revised Preliminary Plat has been resubmitted
for Guenther's Creek Estates, a 48 lot subdivision in the
NW 114 of Section 12, prepared by Thomas D. Inman. with re-
vision date of March 16, 1979
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby acknowledge receipt of the revised
preliminary plat for Guenther's Creek Estates, and refers it
to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation
