RECOMMENDATION TO DENY LEGAL LOT STATUS
CHRIS YOUSSI
WHEREAS Chris Youssi, W175 S7052 Hiawatha Drive, has
submitted a petition requesting legal status for Lot 5 and the
south half of Lot 4, Block 12, in the Muskego Shores Subdivision,
and
WHEREAS Mr. Youssi has an existing home on Lot 3, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OED District which reouires 11,250
sq. ft. in area and 75ā average width, and
WHEREAS Lot 5 and the south half of Lot 4 combined have a
total of 8,616 sq. ft. with an average width of 105ā, and
WHEREAS previous requests for legal status have been denied
in this subdivision to alleviate increased density and over-
crowding.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Conmission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that
the request of Chris Youssi for legal status for Lot 5 and the
south half of Lot 4, Block 12, Muskego Shores Subdivision, be
denied.
