APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
CITY-OWNED PROPERTY - NE 17
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Ruekert 61
Mielke, Inc., City engineers, dated March 19, 1979, has been
submitted to the Plan Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS this parcel is owned by the City of Muskego and
is being purchased by Don Schroeder, and is located between
the right-of-way of the Wisconsin Electric Power Company and
Janesville Road in the NE 114 of Section 17, and
WHEREAS the proper dedication for Highway 24 has been
established.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
showing the proper dedication for Highway 24 for the city-owned
parcel in the NE 114 of Section 17.
