APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
FERGUSONITHIELKE
WHEREAS in October, 1978 a sketch was submitted for a
one parcel division of the former Kastello property on Gold
Drive in the NE 114 of Section 5, along with a request for
abandonment of the adjacent road dedication, and
WHEREAS in Resolution #32-79 adopted March 27, 1979, the
Comnon Council vacated that road dedication, and
WHEREAS the lot proposed is 123' x 200' for a total of
22,600 sq ft. which meets the requirements of this RS-2 District
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the 1
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted by
Ferguson/Thielke for a one parcel division of the former
Kastello property on Gold Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Comission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to
finalize this division showing the proper easements, with a fee
of $25.00 to assist in defraying the cost of review and a fee
of $200.00 in lieu of park dedication.
