RECOMMENDATION TO DENY REQUEST FOR AMENDMENT TO
ZONING DISTRICT MAP - HERDEMAN
WHEREAS a petition has been received from Henry A.
Herdeman, 5103 W20171 Kelsey Drive, requesting that the
Districting Map be amended to rezone 19.953 acres located
in the Nw 114 of Section 32 from R-2 to Agricultural, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended
against this rezoning request, and
WHEREAS the location of this approximately 20 acre plot
is proposed to be zoned RS-2 with lots of 20,000 sq. ft, and
WHEREAS because of the size, shape and location of this
plot, a rezoning to Agricultural would constitute poor planning
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
that the petition submitted by Henry A. Herdeman requesting
that the Districting Map be amended to rezone 19.953 acres in
the NW 1/4 of Section 32 from R-2 to Agricultural be denied.
