C . 41-79 RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE AMENDMENT .TO ZONING DISTRICT MAP - BRODEL PROPERTY WHEREAS a petition was submitted by Hellie and Laura Brodel requesting that the Districting Map be amended to rezone all of the Brodel property presently zoned R-i in the SE 114 of the SW 114 of Section 31 and all that portion of the SW 114 of the SE 114 of Section 31 presently zoned R-1, to Agricultural, and WHEREAS this property consists of approximately 63 24 a acres and is used for farm purposes at the present time, and WHEREAS the public hearing has been held, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recomended that agricultural use be maintained on this property, and WHEREAS it is desirable to preserve farmland wherever feasible. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that the districting map be amended to rezone the Brodel property in the SE 114 of the SW 114 of Section 31 and all that portion of the SW 114 of the SE 114 of Section 31 now zoned R-1 to Agricultural - City of Muskego Plan Commission Adopted APR i 7 1979 a Defeated Deferred
